• Helmly is a meeting notes application for managers
• Available via web browser at app.helmly.io
• Free plan (up to 5 team members) or Pro plan (unlimited)

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information when signing up
• One account per person
• Keep your password secure
• You're responsible for activity on your account

Current pricing:

• Free plan: $0/month (up to 5 team members)
• Pro plan: $10/month or $8/month billed annually
• Founding users: 1 year free with constructive feedback

Payment terms:

• Payment processing via Stripe (when implemented)
• Billed monthly or annually
• Cancel anytime
• 30-day money-back guarantee
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

• Free plan limited to 5 team members
• All other features included
• We may change free plan limits with 30 days notice

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to hack, break, or exploit the service
• Use Helmly to spam or harass others
• Share your account credentials
• Violate any laws while using Helmly

• You own your meeting notes and tasks
• We store them securely on your behalf
• You can delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete Account)
• Deleted data is removed within 30 days
• We don't claim any rights to your content

• We strive for reliable service
• We don't guarantee 100% uptime (maintenance happens)
• Service provided “as is” without warranties
• We're not liable for any downtime or data loss

• Helmly owns the service, code, design, and branding
• You own your content (notes, tasks, data)
• Don't copy, modify, or redistribute Helmly

• Service provided “as is”
• We're not liable for indirect damages
• Maximum liability limited to amount you've paid us
• Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations; these may not apply to you

You can cancel anytime:

• Free plan: Immediate effect
• Pro plan: Access until end of billing period
• Delete your account in Settings

We can terminate for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal activity
• Abuse of the service
• (You'll receive notice and chance to correct the issue)

• We may update these terms
• You'll be notified of changes via email
• Continued use means you accept new terms
